• International meeting and creation of work routes in Manizales, Colombia.
  • Construction of internationalization process maps:
  • Diagnosis and analysis of the status of the administrative processes of internationalization for each university.
  • Design and construction of a set of quality indicators for the administrative processes of internationalization.
  • Construction of indicators for quality assurance of internationalization.
• Immersion in Salamanca, Spain for the creation of the mission, vision and strategic objectives of the administrative processes of internationalization and the digital transformation of these processes.

Milestones

During this phase of the project, the Universities will build their own strategic plan for quality assurance of internationalization, which will provide guidelines for the following activities.
