What do we want to achieve at MIRACLE?

MIRACLE is a project co-financed by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, which seeks to strengthen the strategic management of internationalisation processes, promoting integration and global collaboration in the academic and administrative fields within Latin American regional universities.

We will design a strategy to ensure the quality of the Latin American regional internationalization of higher education institutions, aligned with their institutional identity.

We will implement a data governance and knowledge management model to ensure the quality of internationalization in higher education.
Institutional capacities
We will develop capacities in the administrative teams of Latin American regional HEIs to provide collaboration and differentiated internationalization services within the academic community.

MIRACLE is based on the rigorous monitoring of processes through a clear identification of activities and tasks to be performed, deliverables and those responsible for each task. Learn about our areas of work.
Knowledge management of internationalization processes
Higher education institutions need to integrate knowledge management into internationalization, as this provides added value to the quality processes and continuous improvement of their mission functions. In this way, information and data management constitutes a valuable resource for making accurate decisions, which will allow progress towards a digital data governance model that guarantees the availability of reliable and accurate information.
Quality assurance of internationalization processes
This project contributes to the quality, modernization and responsiveness of higher education through collaborative work between administrative staff in Latin America and Europe, implementing a data governance and knowledge management model that guarantees the quality of internationalization processes, while building capacities in administrative teams to improve the services of their institutions.
